You can place orders without any formalities: Just state your name and full postal address and make clear what you would like to get by sending an email, a letter or a fax or simply by calling. GERMANY

German residents receive goods together with an invoice within 7 - 10 days after ordering. Temporarily sold out items may require a waiting period of up to several months. Payment is due within 30 days after delivery. In addition to the price of your items you always have to pay the shipping cost as given at the bottom of the price list. 


EUROPEAN UNION

Shipping outside Germany is only possible upon advance payment. After placing your order you will receive an invoice with all details by e-mail. Of course your return rights and guarantees are not affected by advance payment. You have the following options for arranging your payment:

• internet transfer through PayPal: charge of 2% of the total due, free registration necessary, transfers are processed within one day - see www.paypal.com for details
  
• sending cash: e.g. by postal money order, as EURO bills in a (registered) letter, by Western Union
  
• bank transfer: you will receive account details with your invoice, delays of 2 - 3 weeks due to slow bank service are likely
  Ordered goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
